  • Are you shipping out your products during Covid - 19 Outbreak? 

Yes, we are shipping all orders as normal. We are being extremely careful and only staff who are absolutely necessary are working in the warehouse and ensuring all orders are being shipped.
  • How long it will take for me to receive the order? 

It depends on where you are. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them (Monday - Friday). Deliveries can take anywhere from 1-7 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. 

 

  • My tracking number still says, my order hasn't left the warehouse?

Your order has or is being readied to ship – There is a slight lag time in the carrier registering it on the system – please rest assured it will register soon and it is on its way.

 To explain further. We create the label, at this point the tracking number is generated. This label then sits in a pile waiting to be placed onto your box.

 

  • Where is your warehouse located?

Our warehouse located in USA, which we will arrange shipping, as soon as receiving your order. 

 

  • Do you ship overseas?

As of now we are only shipping with the United States and Canada.

 

  • Which courier services do you use? 

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

 

  • Can i return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just contact us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
